This plugin provides your customers to submit a request with name and email by adding more fields to the shop owner in an easy way.

Woocommerce Product Request plugin will help to the shop owner to get special or specific products request from customers thus the shop owner will know the customers demand. Customers or visitors can inform or request to the site owner for better and quality products.

Shop owner can view the request details with name and email. He can send email from admin panel and view the reply status of individual request. Shop owner can create product request form from admin panel.

This plugin is best for small and medium stores or anything that would benefit from the customer being able to receive a custom request.

Woocommerce Product Request plugin is more flexible and compatible with many existing plugins in the wordpress repository. This plugin is fully customizable. Users can easily configure the plugin into the new or existing wordpress websites.

1. Download the plugin.
2. Unzip the file “woo-product-request” and upload the folder to the “/wp-content/plugins/” directory.
3. Activate the plugin from “Plugins” menu in Wordpress Admin.
4. Go to Woo Product Request > Create Form and add some field with name and save it.
5. Now create a page named “Product Request” from Pages > Add New of admin dashboard and add a shortcode “[woo_product_request]” into the page. (View the page in frontend)
6. Set the email text from Woo Product Request > Email Text from admin.
7. You can change all the color options of frontend design from “Settings” option.
8. Admin can “Send Email” from “View Request” or “Pending Request” option.
9. Now you are ready to receive request email from your customers.

Admin can view the user requests from this panel. Admin can view all the request data for each request by click the view request link and also send email to any specific user by click the send email link.

This panel shows the pending request product individually which is not created yet. Admin can also send email to the specific user from this panel.

User can print the pending requests list by click the Print button.

Admin can add more fields and change the field name from this panel.

Admin can set the email subject and content from this panel. Here admin can set a tag ([product_link]) in the email content area to show the created product link in the email content.

This email content is used for the following panel

After creating a product user can press the Search button as shown in the above screenshot with red border. This option checks that if any request product data match with each of the words of current product name.  If requests match, then this option shows the list of requests product data with email info. User can check the data and decide the exact match of requested products with the current product and send email to multiple users with the email content (from setting option email subject and text) by checking the check box for each row and press the send email button to notify the users that the requested product is added to the site.

This panel is used for change the design of frontend product request form.
